We thank the CSL Bellingham community for participating in all our candidating activities over the past month.

The CSL Bellingham membership has voted for Rev. Abigail Schairer to be our next Senior Minister!!

As a long-time practitioner and ordained minister in Centers for Spiritual Living, I resonate profoundly with your vision of a spiritually mature, emotionally grounded leader who co-creates a sanctuary where Spirit is alive in practice, service, and joy.

The Board of Trustees, per the By-laws, must now complete the official component of hiring our new minister and will begin drafting the employment agreement (“Letter of Call”).

When the Letter of Call is completed and signed, then the official hiring is completed. It is common to take a little time to finish negotiating the details of the contract, finalize the hiring documents, and complete the Board approval of the contract details.

The Board is eager to begin its work with Rev. Abigail and as soon as the Board completes this process and the contract is signed, they will send an update to the community!
